our classes

Our workshops are fun, relaxed, and all about connection! Artwave is a space where anyone can explore their creativity, meet like-minded people, and enjoy making art—no experience needed. Ages 5+ are welcome for all classes, 12+ for punch needle.

At Artwave, we keep things easygoing, creative, and full of warmth—whether you’re in Cape Town or Johannesburg. Our workshops are all about connection, self-expression, and simply enjoying the process of making art. You don’t need any experience—just a bit of curiosity and a willingness to try something new.

We welcome everyone aged 5 and up (12+ for punch needle), so whether you’re coming on your own, with friends, or bringing the family, there’s a seat for you.

This isn’t about getting things perfect—it’s about playing with colour, meeting interesting people, and feeling at home in a space that truly celebrates creativity in all its forms. Come spend time with us, make something special, and be part of a growing, art-loving community.
